Northern Snubbing Shop and Office
This project involved the construction management of a new shop and office space for two tenants. Team Snubbing, a company that provides well control equipment and services to the oil and gas industry, and Nemesis Oilfield, a company that offers various pressure truck and tank truck services to the same industry. The new facility included a shop area for equipment maintenance and a modern office space to accommodate Team Snubbing and Nemesis Oilfields’ growing team.
Centennial Park Redevelopment
This project involved the project management of redevelopment at Centennial Park, a public park in the heart of the City of Fort St. John. The redevelopment included installing new playground equipment, new washrooms, a new bandstand, and updated lighting and landscaping features. Our team worked closely with the City of Fort St. John, their design team, and builders to ensure that the park was redeveloped to their specifications and met all necessary safety and accessibility requirements.
Golden Base Contracting Shop and Office
This project involved the construction of a new shop and office space for Golden Base Contracting, a company that provides civil contracting services to the oil and gas industry. The new facility included a spacious shop area for equipment storage and maintenance and a modern office space for the Golden Base Contracting team.
Community Bridge Renovations
This project involved the renovation of the Community Bridge, a non-profit organization that provides support services to individuals and families in need. The renovation included updates to the interior and exterior of various building locations to improve functionality and accessibility for clients.
Group LAR Fabrication Shop and Office
This project involved the construction of a new fabrication shop and office space for Group LAR, a company that provides custom fabrication services to the Site C dam project. The new facility included a spacious shop area for welding fabrication and a modern office space for the Group LAR team.
Sureline Projects Shop and Office Renovations
This project involved the renovation of a shop and office space for Sureline Projects, a company that provides pipeline and facility construction services to the oil and gas industry. The renovation included updates to the interior and exterior of the building to improve functionality and provide a modern space for the Sureline Projects team.
Surerus Shop Expansion
This project involved expanding an existing pre-engineered steel building for Surerus Pipeline, which provides large-diameter pipeline construction services to the oil and gas industry. The expansion primarily included adding a pre-engineered steel building shop area to accommodate the company’s growing equipment fleet. It also involved expanding the overhead crane system, including several structural steel modifications to the existing structure, updates to the electrical and HVAC systems, and exterior concrete aprons. Currently, exterior facade upgrades are underway on the front of the building.
Westmont Apartment Exterior Upgrades
This project involved structural modifications and repairs to relevel a 3-story residential apartment complex in Fort St. John for Northview Properties, a company that provides numerous residential rental properties throughout western Canada. Work involved replacing numerous rotted wood components, jacking up the existing structure, damp proofing the foundation, adding a weeping tile drainage system, replacing exterior balconies, and replacing exterior siding.
Above and Beyond Compression Renovation
This project involved renovating a building for Above and Beyond Compression, a company that provides natural gas compression equipment and services to the oil and gas industry. The renovation included updates to the interior of the building to improve functionality and provide a modern space for staff and their customers.
Sureline Fabrication Yard and Shop Development
This project involved developing an existing yard, shop, and office into an industrial welding fabrication facility for Sureline Projects. Work included yard lighting, yard power outlets, yard storage structures, additional office and washroom upgrades, and various electrical and HVAC upgrades.
Central Emporium / Friendly Pets Strata
This project involved dividing an existing building into two parts so that each side could be strata titled and have different ownerships. Work included adding fire separations, building a staircase, adding exterior exiting, separating water, gas, and power services to separated accounts, and numerous electrical and plumbing modifications to ensure each space is completely independent.
North Peace Seniors Housing Renovations
This project included renovations to existing suites and exterior components for the North Peace Seniors Housing Society, a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing and supportive services for the senior citizens of Fort St. John. Work included the development of additional bedrooms in existing suites and the replacement of a walkway canopy to match existing building facades.
